Client services will never ask for your password, one-time codes or full card details by phone, email, text message or chat.
Use a unique password, do not share your Account ID on public websites, and sign out on any shared or public computer.
Be cautious of urgent messages that ask you to sign in through a link or to move money quickly. Check the sender before you act, and go to the bank's address directly instead.
Check your transaction history and statements regularly. Report any transfer or sign-in you do not recognise straight away.
If you lose your card, freeze it immediately from your dashboard. A frozen card cannot be used until you unfreeze it.
Passwords are never stored or displayed in readable form. Access to client records is limited to authorised staff, and each access is recorded.

When you apply for or use an account, we collect identity details such as your name and date of birth, contact details, address, employment and financial information, and records of your transactions and sign-in activity.
